‪#souldishes❤️ Banana Rava Fry ❤️ : ⬇️ Raw Banana Fry or Balekai Fry is an easy recipe where raw banana is sliced and pan-fried along with everyday spices till it turns crispy and brown in color. India’s first Mandala-Design Triply cookware by @anjalikitchenware This cookware range is a healthier option since it’s triply. Its non-stick layer doesn’t come off, and it requires very little oil while cooking. Get yours from anjalikitchenware.net 💛 Ingredients: 👉 2 raw bananas (peeled and sliced) 👉 1 tsp red chilli powder 👉 1 tsp kabab masala 👉 1-2 tsp turmeric powder 👉 Salt to taste 👉 1 tsp garlic paste 👉 Rava (sooji) as required for coating 👉 Oil for shallow frying Process: 1. Peel the raw bananas and cut them into thin slices. 2. In a bowl, add banana slices, red chilli powder, kabab masala, turmeric powder, salt, and garlic paste. Mix well. 3. Rest the marinated bananas for 10-15 minutes. 4. Add rava and coat each slice evenly. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan. 6. ‪#souldishes❤️ Moong Dal Halwa ❤️ : ⬇️ Moong Dal Halwa made effortless in the Mystique Mandala Triply Kadhai ✨ Even heating, no burning, no sticking - and unlike regular non-stick, non-stick coating doesn’t come off easily. India’s first Mandala-Design Triply cookware by @anjalikitchenware Get yours from anjalikitchenware.net 💛 Ingredients: 👉 Moong dal – 1 cup (washed) 👉 Ghee – ½ cup 👉 Sooji – 1 tbsp 👉 Besan – 1 tbsp 👉 Sugar – ¾ to 1 cup 👉 Water – 1½ cups 👉 Cardamom – 3–4 (crushed) 👉 Dry fruits – chopped Process: 1. Prep the dal Wash the moong dal well. Heat a pan and dry-roast or lightly fry the dal until it turns aromatic and slightly golden. Let it cool and then grind it into a coarse powder/paste (as you prefer). 2. Roast the base Heat ghee in a kadai. Add sooji and besan and roast them on low flame until they turn light golden and fragrant. 3. Add the dal Add the ground moong dal to the kadai. Roast everything together on medium-low flame until the mixture turns golden and ghee starts separating. 4. Prepare sugar syrup In a saucepan, boil water and sugar together until the sugar dissolves completely. Add crushed cardamom. 5. Combine Slowly pour the hot sugar syrup into the roasted dal mixture. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. 6. Cook the halwa Keep cooking until the mixture thickens, halwa leaves the sides of the pan, and ghee releases. 7.
